Meet the Team
Chris has been involved with property management from a young age. After high school Chris moved to Orlando where he studied business at the University of Central Florida. After graduating, he returned to Tampa where he began managing properties part-time. Chris turned that part-time passion into a full time career and has grown the company from just a few properties to over 350 in the Tampa Bay area.
Caleb is a native of Tampa and has a diverse background in customer service and business administration. This background gives him a perfect skillset for property management. He is a 4th generation Floridian and knows the Tampa Bay area well.
